FEES:
For sale: The buyer carries as usual the cost of the agent of 5.95 % including 19% VAT on the purchase price.For rent: Since 1st June 2015 the „buyer principles“ regulate that the one who has ordered the broker has to come up for the comission fee. We provide one cold - month‘s rent plus 19% VAT.
We charge a flat rate of 100, - Euro plus 19% VAT for the creation of a rental agreement and the transfer of the apartment.
